Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of major operational projects , focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.

• Develop and implement robust project management frameworks and best practices for operational projects.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Operations Project Management , with a proven track record in leading complex, strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of operational processes, supply chain, and manufacturing or service delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability in change management and stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable.
