Senior Oracle HCM Cloud: Compensation & Benefits Lead (SC)

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Compensation & Benefits with active SC clearance to lead design and delivery on UK ERP transformation programmes including the Bank of England and Birmingham City Council.

You'll be the trusted advisor in the room, shaping solution design, challenging client assumptions, and setting the standard for how Comp & Ben is delivered across our Oracle practice. This is a hybrid role with UK travel as needed.
