Job Description
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits. Collaborating with content, development, and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated. Managing and influencing those teams and stakeholders to deliver the best results. Monitoring analysing, and reporting on SEO performance metrics, understanding and taking action from all data sources and MI to improve performance. Staying updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments. Managing relationships with external SEO agencies and tools providers. Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About you
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Strong project management and organisational skills. Proven experience in a senior SEO role, preferably within the financial services sector. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Experience with website analytics and SEO reporting tools. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

This will be a two stage interview with task.
Working schedule
This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
