Job Description
As we move forward with our strategy and develop our services, we are recruiting for Band 3 Palliative Care Support Workers to join the Inpatient Unit (IPU) Team.
If you are a dedicated and proactive Health Care Assistant/ Support Worker with an interest in working in End-of-Life Care we would like to hear from you.
Joining the Hospice in this role will involve providing specialist palliative care for our patients and support for their families. You will also work closely with the registered nurses and the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care.

What we can offer you:

- Band 3 equivalent salary (£25,760 - £27,476 per annum FTE)
- Working 37.5 hours per week, or 30 hours for the right candidate
