Our client is looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to join their team in Bristol . This role is vital for expanding the organisation's reach and impact by forging and nurturing strong partnerships with businesses, community groups, and other organisations within the Charity & Voluntary sector . You will play a key role in identifying collaboration opportunities, developing mutually beneficial relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of partnership projects. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with key organisations and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of engagement.
- Develop and implement partnership proposals and agreements, outlining clear objectives and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of partnership activities and projects.
- Represent the organisation at networking events and meetings to promote collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor partnership performance and impact, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, ideally within the Charity & Voluntary sector .
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the landscape for collaboration within the charitable sector.
- Ability to develop creative solutions and manage multiple partnership projects simultaneously.
