Senior Parts Manager – Lead a High-Performance Team

The Lincoln dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee a busy Parts Department in Lincoln. The role offers a £40,000 basic salary with an OTE of £55,900 and a potential £69,300 at 125% performance.

You will lead a team of 5 Parts Advisors, 3 Drivers and 1 Parts Supervisor, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service. The position is permanent, full-time, 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–6:00pm) with no standard Saturday work unless cover is required.
