Senior Pastoral Leader – Secondary Phase (Christian Ethos)

Christ's College, Sunderland, seeks a Vice Principal for the Secondary phase to work alongside the Principal and Vice Principal, Quality of Education. The role focuses on outstanding leadership, pastoral care, and embedding a Christian ethos across the curriculum and community.

The successful candidate will be at AVP level or above with experience in pastoral leadership, ensuring every student is valued and inspired, and will collaborate with primary colleagues for a whole-school approach.
