Senior Payroll Process Manager – Contract

South West London | 5 days office-based

£400–£450 per day | Inside IR35

5–6 month contract | Immediate/short-notice start

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to support and transform a large, complex payroll function covering 2,900+ employees.

Working alongside the Director of Payroll, you’ll take a hands-on role in delivering accurate monthly payroll while strengthening processes, controls and automation.

To be considered, you must have:

Strong experience building and improving payroll processes

Experience working with complex/bespoke commission structures

Excellent working knowledge of ADP HCMi

Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory compliance

Experience managing high-volume payroll in a complex organisation

Availability immediately or within two weeks

Ability to work 5 days per week on-site in South West London

This would suit an experienced payroll professional who can quickly get to grips with a complex environment, improve existing processes and leave behind a scalable, well-controlled payroll function.
