Senior Payroll Partner – Data-Driven & Compliance

Cornerstone Community Care is hiring two Payroll Business Partners in Scotland to lead payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely payslips for ~1,800 colleagues. The roles offer hybrid working, with at least two days per week in Glasgow, Dundee or Aberdeen offices, and a chance to develop payroll processes across Finance, HR and Operations.

You will coach colleagues, analyse payroll data and drive improvements while maintaining compliance with legislation and internal deadlines.
