Senior Pediatric Occupational Therapist - School-Based Lead

Momenta Connect is expanding its Occupational Therapy service in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Isleworth area. The Highly Specialist OT will lead in a multidisciplinary team, delivering universal and targeted interventions in mainstream schools and building staff capability to deliver whole‑school supports.

You will supervise therapists, support SEND processes, and shape local education strategies while collaborating with schools, Local Authorities and families.
