Job Description
GWI is recruiting a Senior People Business Partner in London to own the talent agenda for our GTM teams. You will translate business strategy into impactful people plans, partnering closely with senior leaders to drive growth, engagement and inclusion.
You’ll coach leaders on performance and development, contribute to compensation design for sales roles, and lead key cycles like performance and headcount planning within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
