Cora Health is seeking a Lead People Coordinator to join the People Operations team at Head Office, Newcastle upon Tyne. This hybrid role covers employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, and workforce compliance, with a focus on medical revalidation support and system improvements.

You’ll provide day-to-day support to People Coordinators, quality-check complex work, and contribute to the ongoing development of People services and resources.
