Senior People Partner: Lead Strategy & Org Design

Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, seeks a dedicated People Partner to support 1–2 Groups within the PC&W team. You will guide end-to-end organisation design, deliver cohesive People Plans, and coach senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives across the organisation.

The role focuses on aligning priorities with the overall strategy, collaborating with CoEs, and ensuring effective delivery of workforce plans and change management across the business.
