Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive video and data analysis of team and opposition performance in matches and training.
• Utilize specialized software to track player statistics, tactical patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the coaching staff and players, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
• Work closely with coaches to develop tactical plans and individual player development strategies based on data.
• Implement and manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in sports performance analysis.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Performance Analyst , specifically within professional football.
• In-depth knowledge of football tactics, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with leading sports analysis software (e.g., Hudl, Wyscout, Nacsport).
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
