Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join their innovative team, focusing on cutting-edge Sports Technology . You will play a pivotal role in developing and refining analytical models, interpreting complex datasets, and communicating findings effectively to a diverse stakeholder group. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to athlete performance, including biomechanics, physiological data, and training logs.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to identify performance trends and predict outcomes.
• Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings to coaches, athletes, and management.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate analytical outputs into performance tracking platforms.
• Stay current with advancements in sports science , data analytics, and performance monitoring technologies.
• Provide expert guidance on data-driven decision-making for training and strategy development.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Sports Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance analysis within a professional sports environment or sports technology company.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python, and experience with SQL.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and training methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and building analytical dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences in a remote setting .
