About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Permanent Makeup Artist & SPMU Specialist to join their prestigious beauty salon in Glasgow, Scotland, UK . This role requires an artist with exceptional technical skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, specializing in creating natural-looking permanent makeup for eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, from initial consultation through to follow-up appointments, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to stringent safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of permanent makeup procedures , including microblading, powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner enhancement.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their desires, assess suitability, and discuss personalized design options.
• Ensure meticulous adherence to health, safety, and sterilization protocols throughout all procedures.
• Administer topical anesthetics effectively and safely to ensure client comfort during treatments.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the SPMU industry through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven track record with at least 6 years of experience as a professional Permanent Makeup Artist .
• Specialist certifications in Microblading , Powder Brows, Lip Blushing, and Eyeliner procedures.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality permanent makeup results.
• Excellent understanding of facial anatomy, colour theory, and skin types.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-focused approach.
• Certification in infection control and a commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
