About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Permanent Makeup Artist to join their established clinic in Derby . This role is for an individual with a passion for micro-pigmentation artistry, offering precision, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for performing a range of permanent makeup procedures, including eyebrow, eyeliner, and lip enhancements, ensuring natural-looking and beautiful results for every client. Working in a professional and hygienic environment, you will consult with clients, manage their expectations, and provide exceptional service, contributing to the clinic's reputation for excellence in cosmetic enhancements and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of permanent makeup procedures , including microblading, powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner enhancement.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to discuss desired outcomes, assess suitability, and manage expectations.
• Utilize advanced techniques and high-quality pigments to create natural-looking and aesthetically pleasing results.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and client safety throughout all procedures.
• Maintain detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and aftercare instructions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and safety regulations in the permanent makeup industry.

Requirements

• Professional certification in Permanent Makeup Artistry or Microblading.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Permanent Makeup Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse client work.
• Proficiency with various permanent makeup techniques and digital machines.
• Excellent understanding of facial anatomy, color theory, and skin types.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
