You will be responsible for creating natural-looking permanent makeup solutions, including microblading, powder brows, and lip blush, and for providing a comprehensive and reassuring client experience from consultation to aftercare. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of permanent makeup procedures, including microblading, powder brows, eyeliner, and lip blushing, with precision and artistry.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client desires, assess suitability, and explain the procedure thoroughly.
• Design customized treatment plans and pigment choices tailored to individual client features and preferences.
• Ensure the highest standards of sterilization, hygiene, and client safety are maintained throughout the process.
• Provide detailed pre- and post-procedure instructions and follow-up care guidance.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and emerging technologies in permanent cosmetics.

Requirements

• Professional certification or diploma in Permanent Makeup artistry.
• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience as a Permanent Makeup Artist.
• Proficiency in various techniques such as microblading, shading, and lip neutralization.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, facial anatomy, and skin types.
• Excellent artistic ability, a steady hand, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and client care skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
