About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Permanent Makeup Artist to join their reputable clinic in Reading . This role demands exceptional artistic talent, precision, and a deep understanding of facial aesthetics and client safety. You will be responsible for performing a range of permanent makeup procedures, including microblading, powder brows, and permanent eyeliner, ensuring outstanding results and client satisfaction. As a senior artist, you will also contribute to training junior staff and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform permanent makeup procedures such as microblading, powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess suitability, discuss desired outcomes, and manage expectations.
• Create natural-looking results tailored to individual facial features and preferences.
• Ensure meticulous adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including sterilisation of equipment.
• Provide detailed pre- and post-procedure care instructions to clients.
• Contribute to the training and skill development of junior permanent makeup artists.

Requirements

• Relevant certification or qualification in permanent makeup artistry.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Permanent Makeup Artist.
• Proven expertise in various permanent makeup techniques, with a strong portfolio showcasing realistic results.
• Deep understanding of facial anatomy, colour theory, and skin types.
• Exceptional client communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
