Senior Petroleum Engineer - Remote Development

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive field development plans and production optimization strategies.
• Analyze reservoir performance data to forecast production and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and manage artificial lift systems, workovers, and other production enhancement projects.
• Conduct economic evaluations and risk assessments for field development and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with geoscientists, drilling engineers, and facility engineers in a virtual environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in petroleum engineering, focusing on field development and production optimization in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven expertise in reservoir performance analysis, production forecasting, and economic modeling.
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems, wellbore completion design, and production operations .
• Experience with production software and simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
