About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Petroleum Engineer to join their globally distributed team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive field development plans, integrating reservoir, production, and drilling engineering aspects.
• Conduct detailed reservoir performance analysis, forecasting, and optimization studies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
• Evaluate and implement artificial lift systems and production optimization strategies.
• Provide technical oversight and support for drilling and well intervention operations.
• Perform economic evaluations and risk assessments for field development and production enhancement projects.
• Collaborate effectively with virtual teams comprising geoscientists, facility engineers, and management to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in petroleum engineering , with a focus on asset development and optimization within the oil and gas industry .
• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency with industry-standard reservoir simulation, production analysis, and economic evaluation software.
• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles, production operations, and drilling practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent remote communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
