Senior Pharmaceutical Process Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and reporting, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Develop P&IDs, equipment specifications, and technical documentation for process equipment.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory guidelines related to pharmaceutical engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP, validation principles (IQ/OQ/PQ), and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
