Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Process Engineer to lead process development and optimization initiatives at their advanced manufacturing facility in Oxford . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Develop and implement process validation strategies, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in process design, scale-up, validation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and relevant engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
