About the Role
Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Process Engineer to lead process development and optimization initiatives at their advanced manufacturing facility in Oxford . This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Develop and implement process validation strategies, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in process design, scale-up, validation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and relevant engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
