Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in pharmaceutical research and drug discovery.
• Proven track record of successful project leadership and contribution to the development of drug candidates .
• Expertise in relevant experimental techniques, such as cell-based assays, molecular biology methods, or small molecule screening.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
