About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead independent research initiatives in drug discovery, from target identification through to lead optimization.

• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the development of laboratory protocols and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and emerging technologies in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and purification techniques.
• Proven track record of successful project leadership and scientific publication.
