Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex experiments to identify and validate novel drug targets and therapeutic strategies.
• Develop and optimize innovative assays for drug screening and lead optimization.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, drawing sound conclusions and proposing next steps.
• Author comprehensive research reports, scientific publications, and patent applications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemists, biologists, and pharmacologists.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in drug discovery research within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully contributing to drug candidate nomination.
• Expertise in molecular biology techniques, cell-based assays, and biochemical analysis.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
