Senior Pharmacist: 12-Month COVID Pathway Lead

NHS Forth Valley Pharmacy Services is advertising a 12-month secondment/fixed-term post for an enthusiastic pharmacist to lead in the COVID Ultra High Risk Pathway and support acute clinical pharmacy services.

The post holder will deliver specialist clinical assessment, prescribing and treatment advice for high-risk patients, contribute to medicines governance, audit and quality improvement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety and care.
