Senior Pharmacist – Acute Medicine & Emergency Care

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Pharmacist to lead clinical pharmacy services in Acute Medicine and Emergency Care. You will be motivated, organized and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient medicines and develop services within the acute team.
