Senior Photonics Physicist - Sensing & ML R&D

The role involves designing and developing advanced sensing instruments from concept to production in a security‑clearance environment. The successful candidate will lead the full design lifecycle, apply optical physics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetics, and work with engineers and scientists across cross‑functional projects.
