Senior Planning & Development Lead – Agile Growth

Cherwell District Council is seeking a Principal Planning Officer in Banbury to lead on processing and determination of a range of planning applications. The role sits within the Development Management team and offers agile working and a permanent contract.

You will guide complex pre-applications, manage staff, and help deliver well-planned, sustainable communities in Cherwell's expanding programme of housing and redevelopment. The position is full-time with 37 hours per week.
