Senior Planning & Highways Lawyer (Hybrid)

Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking an experienced Lead Lawyer (Planning & Highways) to join the Legal Team. The role involves delivering high-quality legal advice on planning and highways, supervising colleagues, and supporting council projects with strong leadership.

You will be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or CILEX lawyer with a current practising certificate and at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
