Senior Planning Lawyer - Hybrid/Locum

Sellick Partnership is recruiting on behalf of a London local authority for an interim Deputy Principal Planning Lawyer. The role is a locum contract with a hybrid working pattern, starting in early September, based in London with flexibility on remote work.

You will lead a small team (3-4 direct reports) and handle a backlog of Section 106 Agreements, enforcement notices, appeals, and other planning matters, while advising officers and Members.
