Senior Planning Lead – Development Management (Hybrid)

Schools’ Choice is seeking a Principal Planning Officer (Development Management) in Walsall on a 3-month contract. Hybrid working (2 days onsite per week including Tuesdays) with a pay rate of £35.94 per hour PAYE or £50.00 per hour Umbrella Inside IR35.

You will manage and determine complex planning applications, handle pre-application enquiries and prepare reports in line with planning policy and legislation.
