About the Role

Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Oxford , is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Podiatrist to join their multidisciplinary team. This senior role involves providing advanced podiatric care, managing complex foot and ankle conditions, and contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality patient services. You will work with a diverse patient population, utilising your expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with a wide range of foot and lower limb problems.
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as biomechanical issues, sports injuries, diabetic foot complications, and nail pathologies.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including orthotics, wound care, and minor surgical procedures.
• Provide specialist advice on foot health, footwear, and preventative care strategies.
• Supervise and mentor junior podiatrists and healthcare support staff.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with professional standards.

Requirements

• BSc (Hons) Podiatry degree or equivalent qualification.
• HCPC registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in Podiatry.
• Proven experience in managing complex cases, including diabetes-related foot complications.
• Proficiency in minor surgical procedures and biomechanical assessment.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
