Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-efficiency power converters, inverters, and battery management systems.
- Conduct detailed análisis of power semiconductor devices and magnetic components.
- Perform simulations and modeling of power electronic circuits using tools like PSIM or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for power electronic modules and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to power conversion.
- Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure optimal component placement and thermal management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power electronics.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the design of power electronic converters.
- In-depth knowledge of MOSFETs, IGBTs , and other power semiconductor technologies.
- Proficiency in simulation tools and experience with design for manufacturability.
- Strong understanding of control strategies for power converters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
