Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced power system analysis , including load flow, fault studies, transient stability, and harmonic analysis.
• Design and specify electrical equipment for power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Develop protection schemes and coordinate relays to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and technical assessments for new power projects and grid connections.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex power system challenges.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• 7+ years of experience in power system analysis and design.
• In-depth knowledge of power system software (e.g., PSS/E, PSCAD, ETAP).
• Strong understanding of renewable energy integration, grid codes, and energy market regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment, collaborating both on-site and remotely.
