Key Responsibilities

• Execute PR strategies and campaigns under the guidance of the PR Manager.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets in Newcastle upon Tyne .
• Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and social media content.
• Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in developing crisis communication plans and implementing reactive strategies.
• Support event planning and execution for press conferences and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a PR or communications role, demonstrating practical application of PR principles.
