About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior PR Manager to lead their public relations efforts based in London . You will be instrumental in shaping and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance brand reputation and public perception. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing media relations, crafting compelling narratives, and driving impactful PR campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to achieve corporate communication objectives.
- Manage all media inquiries, press releases, and public statements with precision and timeliness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and key media outlets.
- Oversee crisis communication efforts, providing strategic counsel and swift, effective responses.
- Organise and manage press conferences, media events, and stakeholder briefings.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, reporting on key metrics and insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a related communications role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful PR campaigns across diverse media channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and persuasive writing.
- Proven ability to manage crisis communications and act as a media spokesperson.
- Strong network of contacts within the UK media landscape is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
