Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior PR Manager to lead strategic communications efforts in London . You will be instrumental in shaping and executing public relations campaigns that enhance brand reputation and achieve key business objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven track record in media relations, crisis communication, and content development, who can effectively manage a portfolio of projects and mentor junior team members within a vibrant agency setting. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact across all channels, contributing directly to the company's growth and public perception.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies across traditional and digital media platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the media landscape .
- Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate company news and initiatives.
- Manage crisis communication plans and respond effectively to sensitive situations to protect brand reputation.
- Oversee the execution of PR campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of measurable results.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the PR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public relations role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in securing positive media coverage and managing complex communication projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
