The Role
You will play a key role in developing and enhancing pricing strategies that drive business performance and support profitable growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and improving pricing segmentation across customer groups and products
- Analysing portfolio and segment performance to identify commercial opportunities and emerging risks
- Building and maintaining monitoring frameworks to assess pricing effectiveness
- Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with underwriting, product, commercial, and data teams to optimise pricing performance
- Supporting testing, experimentation, and continuous enhancement of pricing methodologies
- Communicating complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in pricing, modelling, analytics, or quantitative analysis
- Understanding of pricing principles, segmentation methodologies, and performance monitoring
- Proficiency in analytical and data tools such as Python, SQL, R, or SAS
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and inquisitive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working within a fast-paced, data-led environment
