Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Lead and manage a primary classroom, promoting positive behaviour and a respectful learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Mentor and support newly qualified teachers and teaching assistants within the department.
• Contribute to whole-school development initiatives and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher, with a track record of successful pupil attainment.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for primary education.
• Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for fostering student engagement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
