Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Assess student progress through a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Lead and mentor a team of teaching assistants and newly qualified teachers within the department.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and attainment.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher , with demonstrable leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment frameworks for primary education.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
