Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic, interactive online lessons for primary school students across various subjects.
• Develop and implement engaging digital learning materials, including presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Provide individualized support and feedback to students to ensure their academic progress and engagement.
• Manage online classroom behaviour and foster a positive, collaborative virtual learning community.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and best practices in remote education.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and engagement.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher , preferably with a focus on early years or Key Stage 1/2.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective online instruction and utilize various educational technologies.
• Excellent classroom management skills adapted for a virtual setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
