Senior Principal Designer – HV/EHV Substations (Hybrid)

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Principal Designer to lead CDM governance for HV and EHV substations, guiding design teams from concept to construction. You will ensure health, safety and risk management are integral to every design decision.

The role covers 11kV to 132kV schemes, refurbishment and network reinforcement, with hybrid working and opportunities to influence across major projects. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.
