Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale executive search projects for senior-level appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment , preferably within a leading consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic relationships with C-suite clients.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring senior teams.
• Deep understanding of various industry sectors and their talent challenges.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
