Our client is a well-established Print Manufacturer
They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Print Finisher to join their well established production team. My client is looking for a candidate who either already has experience in a Supervisory role or is ready to make the step up! Print Finishing Experience is essential for this role!
The Role:
Operating Folders and Guillotines (MBO, Heidelberg, Polar)
Help with organising workload, problem solving and some light repairs on machinery (not essential but would be of an added bonus)
To meet set targets and benchmarks issued as per set Key Performance Indicators.
To be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
To maintain a safe, clean working environment to aid efficient business processes.
Set up machines ready for production to the required standards.
Run the equipment to its optimum speed while maintaining quality.
Constantly check work to ensure consistent high quality.
Follow the company rules and maintain a clean and safe environment.
To cover other duties and requests as and when required by Team Leaders or Managers.
The use of mechanical handling equipment.
To be helpful and supportive and use your own initiative.
