Personio is seeking a dynamic Senior Legal Counsel (Privacy) focused on the intersection of privacy and emerging AI legal issues. You will implement and monitor data protection policies and guide internal teams to ensure compliance.

You will bridge legal and technical teams, provide privacy-by-design guidance for AI product development, and shape Personio's privacy framework as we scale.
