Senior Private Sector Housing Team Lead

Gloucestershire Local Authority is seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Team Leader to lead and support the Private Sector Housing team. You will oversee day-to-day activities and provide guidance to officers.

You will ensure the service is legally compliant, improves housing conditions, and protects residents by enforcing Housing Act 2004 and HHSRS, including HMO licensing and enforcement actions.
