Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of novel chemical processes for new product introductions.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments to assess process feasibility, scalability, and efficiency.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop robust process control strategies and ensure successful technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical process technology and scientific methodologies.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in process development, ideally within the pharmaceutical or fine chemicals industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and scaling up complex chemical processes.
- Expertise in analytical techniques and data interpretation.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
