Senior Process Engineer - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and validation of new manufacturing processes and systems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of production operations to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent production quality.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis software.
• Experience with process automation and control systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with a focus on the Sunderland site operations.
